As a Hospital Discharge Social Worker, working with Lancaster Pharmacy is frustrating. I am currently on day #3 of trying to simply call them to get a fax number. They are never available to answer the phone. I must've called about 12 times over the last three business days. This is very frustrating as the patient discharged days ago and is still unable to get her medication from the pharmacy as we cannot fax scripts over without obtaining that fax number.
Just started with them and they are on point yes it is very hard to get then on the phone.But when you do, they will take care of you,I get all my medication and they bring it to me as soon as they get it.They are so much better then CVS. Cvs they never had anything right. i'll definitely recommend. So far so good
The folks here are always friendly and make picking up prescriptions a breeze. I appreciate how clean and organized the pharmacy is.
This pharmacy has to do better. It's impossible to reach anyone on the phone. The pharmacist says they have 3 lines. The customers can't tell 🙄
