This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at an apartment complex. I brought my dog to see my aunt because she was a little down and was chased off the property by the leasing manager. Like I was some sort of criminal. She literally didn’t greet me or say hello. She stormed up to me violating the 6ft rule, with no form of social distancing smelling like a pack of cigarettes telling me that I have to leave right now. If you're looking for a community with non existant management this is it. I've lived on properties overseen companies like Greystar, Panco, Aimco, and Bozzuto to name a few, and as a professional with years of experience managing large Metro area apartments (D.C. area), I thought I'd seen it all and knew what the best and worst consisted of in the residential property management industry. A resident since October 2018, I have watched this community get unbelievably worse. I thought the manager during 2019 was awful... nope.... read more
