Dave was back to finish up our downstairs and once again he knocked it out of the park. He is professional, trustworthy, efficient and friendly. I got other quotes but these guys were the lowest and they are the best. Thanks Jennifer and Dave, you both rock!
I was extremely happy with the painting job done by Lancaster painting. From the carefully scrutinized estimate done by Jennifer, the power washing by Jeffrey, and the overall job supervision by Raul, I couldn't be more pleased with our results. Lancaster just painted the trim on my house in Modesto. Dave and Dominique did a great job. They were friendly and patient with me through the color selection. Quality work and David is very easy to talk to before, during, after the work is performed. He is patient and teaches his co-workers well. Lancaster seems very honest and family-oriented. I will call them the next time I need another paint job done. Toby, the estimator, is very EASY to talk to and is professional in behavior and appearance. A real pleasure to work with both these 2 men.
