Great staff very friendly and they did a great job for me no more pain
My experience with both the staff up front and the doctor I seen was by far the worse I've ever had. Both times I visited the office. I most definitely will not be going back to lancaster neuro.
Dr Kager was my mother's surgeon. I have to say how extremely impressed I was with the overall surgery & surgical staff! They went above and beyond to make her feel relaxed before surgery and post op! Everyone was professional & very personable! If you need to have an outpatient surgery I highly recommend Lancaster Neuro Spine Center. You won't be disappointed!
I had been to several groups before going with Dr. Roberts and Lancaster Neuroscience & Spine Associates. He has performed 2 medial branch blocks and a RF Neurotomy on me. There aren't words to express my appreciation to him and his entire staff. They made the procedures as comfortable as possible; explained every move they were making. They are the best!! I am so grateful to a co-worker for referring them to me.
