I also had the steriod shots to my back. I was very afraid to have it done without sedation. The whole staff and Dr. Mack eased my fears. They were great and I will continue to use them in the future if I need to. So far so good.
So glad I chose Dr Mack for my L5 injection, fantastic staff .. Excellent Doctor .. Hoping this does the trick and surgery can be avoided! Was quick and relatively painless. Thank you all!
Choosing Lancaster neuroscience and spine was the best decision of my life. I had a laminectomy discectomy and if given the choice to do it over I wouldn't choose anyone but Dr. Kager and his staff to take care of me. I thank him and his staff from bottom of my heart.
Went in today for steroid shots to both sides of my back, I have had these before numerous times all under anesthesia. Today was the first time without sedation, I'm not lying I wasn't looking forward to this but Dr Mack reassured me it would be fine. And it was, the entire staff was awesome, very accommodating and super friendly. Would highly recommend the practice!!!!
Dr. Robert's is wonderful. Always kind and understanding. Whenever I need trigger point injections he's always so professional. I also see Dr. Thurmond in this office and he is awesome too.
I went in today to get an epidural and the staff and dr. Mack were amazing and made me feel so comfortable even with all my pain... not to mention we had to get our car jumped and it was an amazing staff member that helped us.... thank you guys for being so awesome and caring!!!!
With Dr. Kager he was able to diagnose my problem were no other doctor was able to from 2 other states. Dr was able to determine whether it was my back or my hip and was able to describe the right treatment that has been effective.
I had lower back surgery there yesterday my surgeon was Dr.Christopher Kager he's a awesome. And nurse Sue was cool�. Overall they were really nice and professional made me feel comfortable.
