Excellent experience!! Recently bought a 2013 dodge ram 2500 from them. I drove over 2 1/2 hours after speaking with the salesman. The truck met all my expectations, I would highly recommend Lancaster motors! The financing guy was also fantastic to work with!! I was in and out of there with my new to me truck within an hr.
I had an accident and within a week Mike had a vehicle for me. I was not ready to change cars and he worked well with me to find what I desired in a short amount of time. He was willing to deliver it to me because I could not have transportation to pick it up. The car was is in amazing condition when he delivered it and I absolutely love it.
I have been purchasing vehicles from Lancaster Motors for almost 20 years. I have always had a positive experience! They are not into high pressure sales nor do they play number games. Thank you Mike and staff for always going above and beyond to help your customers. You help make the car buying process an easy one. We will be back to purchase our next vehicle.
