Worst business experience ever. My daughter, who has an infant and toddler, missed her payment in December. She totally forgot, it happens. The car was repossessed. I understand! They called within 2 hours and Jeff told them to come after work and it would be about $700 to retrieve. $275 for the missed payment, $275 for the upcoming payment, and tow fee. I don't know them personally, but word of mouth goes a long way. If you will do a family friend that way, I wouldn't trust them.

Unacceptable business relations.
Unfortunately, one missed payment from a young mother that has paid each month, yet one got away from her, before the next payment due date. I am grateful for grace periods for my own personal expenses. Not only was the car repossessed with no attempt from this dealer to question this poor young lady (I mean, anywhere else at least sends proper notice).
