Lancaster Motor Company was able to find the exact Tahoe that I was looking for. I told them what I wanted and what I could afford and from there the entire process was seamless. Last year I came back to LMC because I wanted a car with better gas mileage. I was able to trade in my Tahoe for an Infiniti sedan that suited my needs better. Once again, the entire process was easy as can be. I will definitely be going back to Lancaster Motor Company for my next car.

Every experience has been great. I'm always treated with respect and courtesy by every employee I encounter, regardless of their job at the company.
Treating customers as if they're liars is deplorable enough, but this is truly the lowest of the low. When customers come to you for help with a disgusting situation they encountered at YOUR dealership at the hands of YOUR employee, you supported the criminal and continue to employ this individual. You are as bad as he is. Shame on you. Wonder if it would be different if it were drugs and not dogs he was trying to buy. My guess is no. Hell has a special place for people like him and you. They should fire Tim Witherspoon for trying to engage customers in discussing dog fighting. Despicable!
It disgusts me to hear that a salesman here enjoys engaging in dog fighting and even went as far as asking a customer to buy their Pit to use in fighting. It is absolutely disgusting and sad to hear the manager defend it.
Fighting dogs is nothing to joke about! It's horrible and I think customer complaints should be taken more seriously!
