The staff have always been friendly with me and Dr Yeung listens to what I have to say. I think people expect doctors to be perfect all the time. Please remember we're all human
Dr Yeung has dropped us cold turkey for downsizing her practice, when myself and my 4 children are medically fragile. Collage of Physicians says it can be up to her discretion to take us back after the “randomized” process and she refuses, which is fine but also refusing to see us once more before her “cut off date” of February 10th seams pretty unreasonable. Hard to feel like we aren’t targeted for being medically fragile and her recent miss diagnoses of my daughter’s heart complication’s.
Absolutely impossible to get ahold of and they don't return messages and don't allow you to leave messages unless you're cancelling an appointment. I've been on the same medication since 2016 and it's been a hassle to get a refill every. Single. Time. The conditions of this office have significantly declined since 2019 and are currently getting worse. I would not recommend this Doctor for anyone. Doctor was great and helpful but the secretary is ABYSMAL tried to deny me an appointment saying I should just call my family doctor in the morning, like isn't that whole point of the ONCALL to see people after hours?
Dr Loureiro and support staff are great. They are empathetic, kind, care about patients and have provided exemplary care since transferring in aa a new patient last July. They work with grace in a stressful and, often, thankless role. For all the negative reviewers : try this-smile at them, they will smile back. I want a doctor who gives me time when I am in an appointment —the flip side of this is that is they can’t be available when i call. Be patient. .
