staff and doctors very caring
Dr. Loureiro is extremely thorough and patient. She listens well and is very proactive with ongoing medical issues. Reception and support staff are all kind and lovely, and keep the office clean and organized. Very happy to receive such excellent care here.
The staff have always been friendly with me and Dr Yeung listens to what I have to say. I think people expect doctors to be perfect all the time. Please remember we're all human
Dr Yeung has dropped us cold turkey for downsizing her practice, when myself and my 4 children are medically fragile. Collage of Physicians says it can be up to her discretion to take us back after the “randomized” process and she refuses, which is fine but also refusing to see us once more before her “cut off date” of February 10th seams pretty unreasonable. Hard to feel like we aren’t targeted for being medically fragile and her recent miss diagnoses of my daughter’s heart complication’s.
