Lancaster Hills has been by far one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. I have been here for several years. The new management is very knowledgeable and I can tell that they care about their residents. The maintenance staff is extremely hard-working, and I admire them for getting things done while only having two maintenance men. The office staff are very helpful and friendly as well. I applied im June and got denied. Paid 245 when I applied. 200 was for the deposit to hold the apartment and 45 for the application. I was supposed to be refunded the 200 because I was denied. I was told 30 days then it went to 45. Its past 60 days. Keep getting the rum around from the office people.
We moved into this apartment just a month ago, and our experience with the management has been extremely disappointing. From the day we moved in, we reported multiple maintenance issues, but even after a month, none of them have not been addressed. Yesterday, our bathroom sink started backing up. It smells horrible, and dirty water and waste keep coming back up through the drain. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after reading the most recent one, I felt compelled to share my experience. The person who posted that review was actually my neighbor, and to be honest, many residents are relieved that she has moved out. No one stole her TV, and her version of events does not reflect what I experienced while living here. There were often unfamiliar visitors coming and going at all hours of the day and night.
