I love living in Lancaster Hills for 16 years but when I gave notice of my move in September I feel my cost settlement was excessive. And I was not given inadequate justification while I was overcharged a little over $200. I was disappointed about that because I had resided there and Faithfully paid my rent on time every month.
Do not recommend the customer service is horrible. They don’t answer unless you call 20 times and i keep getting the run around, Mike the manager was supposed to give me a call , everytime i am told they’re gonna leave a message for him to call me and I don’t get a call. Very frustrating , glad I didn’t move here the urgency for good customer service is horrible
