Front desk was very nice and welcoming. Clean and wasn’t too busy. Nurses were friendly and the doctor was helpful and attentive. Provided quick results and answered my questions. Would go back as the experience was quite positive.
December 30 2020 I just returned from the urgent care center in Parkesburg. I am a seasoned nurse, and was impressed with the care that I received there. I was interviewed by phone as I sat in the room. The CMA I asked the pertinent questions about my symptoms and then came in to take my vital signs. Horrible service. We sat in the room for over and hour and No one came in to give and update or even check on us. They werent busy because it was only a 15 minute wait time.
They turn away patients with a Doctor's order from their own facility for Covid testing during the second wave of the pandemic. Totally unprofessional and dangerous. This place should be shut down!
This urgent care is the worst!!! When they first opened this location everything was awesome. The care level has dropped dramatically. The doctors are rude and insensitive. Also the front desk can also take a refresher course on customer service. Since affiliated with my doctor office, I have visited several times.
