RecommendedDr Fisher is great but every appointment they are an hour behind. I dont see how they can get it wrong every time. very frustrating when you work during the day.
For you people who gave bad reviews about this place, there must b something wrong, with you, because I just had my first appt with Dr. Fisher., and she is positive one of the nicest people I have ever met!!!! VERY professional, and a real sweetheart!!! also very concerned about the issues you may have!!! The office staff, as well as 2 nurses who assisted me in testing were great!!! so if things didn't go your way, don't put someone down just because it wasn't your way!!!!!
Unprofessional and rude. No interest in caring for patients. My son pediatrician recommended Dr. Bittner to check on his allergy. The nurse did the 20 minutes skin test in which my son was testes for 20+ allergen. Dr took a quick look then said there will be a report telling me what allergens were tested and result. Two weeks later I still don’t have the report. Called the office and staff said just wait. Their staff are slow to answer calls and even slower to answer questions about medications that should only take a few minutes over the phone.
I am a huge fan of Dr Fisher. She is personable and you can tell truly cares about her patients. I've been coming here for over 4 years getting monthly shots. I have never had a balance long term. Maybe a month or 2 but never over $50. Today I went to get my shot and got attitude about a $30 balance and told because $15 of it was from December it was in collections! WHAT?!? Called about my son's asthma, within 10 minutes a nurse called me back she spoke with the doctor and got me in same day. Staff always friendly and professional. my son loves the playroom, every time we go he asks if he play in it.
I'm sad I'm moving and can't come here much anymore. Dr. Fisher always makes a point to ask you how you are outside of allergy world. One time she even offered me boxes for my move! She is an excellent doctor of her field and gets my stamp of approval, which is hard to get :)
Thank you to the Staff and Dr Bittner,MD Now onto seeing if we can get to feeling "Normal " again!
