RecommendedCare, compassion, excellent emergency skills!
My daughter needed to be transferred from one hospital to another to have emergency surgery and Kim and Dustin went out of their way to make her comfortable and calm her fears. They showed her the lights and Dustin explained all the machines she was hooked up too and just kept reassuring her everything was okay. I'm recovering from an injury myself and they took special care to make sure the ride wasn't rough on me. Amazing experience on what was a very scary day.
Please give our thanks to Tammy. She was the driver that transported my mom from skilled care to my home today. My mom has dementia, is confused, and very weak. Tammy was very kind, compassionate, and took great care of my mom. Thanks again!
