Was very polite and professional. It was my first time going to dentist in over a decade and they did not make me feel bad for doing so. I like how they are supportive and not negative.
I would 100% recommend them, I was scared of taking out one of my wisdom tooth but I ended up not feeling any pain as described by the dentist beforehand, the assistant was very kind and helpful and the nice ladies at the front desk very kind and friendly.
Absolutely horrendous customer service! They can't even retain their dental hygienists, as I've had a different one every single time I've visited. Even the last 3 visits, even the dentist was different, with 3 different dentists. This constant turnover is a major red flag. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of empathy and understanding.
