I’ve had a very positive experience at Lancaster Dental. The clinic is clean and organized, and the staff are always polite and professional. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Appointments have been easy to book, and I never feel rushed.

To set the tone - I never got into the dentist at all. I called 3 weeks ago to book an appointment for in office whitening treatment. I was told I needed to book a cleaning before as I was new to their practice. I had trouble finding a time for both, so moved it out to todays date. In tandem I referred another new patient for the same (He was schedule for anew patient exam as well as the cleaning and whitening - for the purpose of whitening only).
