After reading his reviews I was very hesitant to see him. My PCP wanted me to see Dr. Lancaster to be evaluated and get a recommendation on changing my medicines. His staff told me when they confirmed my appointment that he runs a little late. I appreciated the heads up. He made me feel very comfortable and heard. We actually talked about some issues in my childhood that I had buried. I am going to see him again. I think he was very worth it and look forward to my next visit.

The wait can very. The most I wait was hour and that was getting there on time for my appointment. The office lady is hardly ever there and doesnt seem like she knows what she is doing. The appointment can take up to a month to book. However, landcaster has helped me through my problems. It's worth the wait.

Dr. Lancaster's office is busy and wait times can be long. However he is worth the wait. I've had other psychologists write down the name of a book to read. Dr. Lancaster tries to really give me tools I can use in my every day life.

Upon arrival, (which was scheduled 3 months in advance) he tried to cancel my appointment because he needed to leave early. It was a 50 minute drive for me to get there. Then, once I convinced him that I didn't need much of his time he told me to quickly take the test that was needed. Afterward he never sent my results over to my PCP (it's been well over a year). Now they are saying they have no record of my visit and cannot locate my chart. Will not recommend.

I took my son to see him, he never sent anything to my sons regular doctor, I've tried calling the office & can never get an answer! I would like to be able to talk to the other doctor in the office if I could just get someone to answer phone!!!

I would never go back to this doctor he is so unprofessional. I had appointment and was not seen at my schedule appointment. He put another patient in front of me and when I was trying to talk to him to reschedule he walked off to go see the patient that he put in front of me. I will never tell people to go to him. He gave my son false information he don't have with he say he have. 

Waste of Time

Was referred to Dr. Lancaster by the CAC, considering they are a professional organization, I had expected the same. The evaluation was done by gathering information from outsiders whom had no personal knowledge of my youth. He then took almost three months to provide his report. During that time he completely stopped communicating with myself or others involved in the matter. Furthermore, his recommendation was not concreate and did no good. I must now pay another Dr to provide the same eval.

Dr. Lancaster was the only one that wanted to get to the root of the problem. My very logical 14 year old son immediately recognized his no nonsense sessions and was able to open up and talk with him. He also assisted us with testing, writing letters and talking to other counselors. Test results were personalized and explained. I would highly recommend Dr. Lancaster. Wait times can be long, but its because if a patient needs more time then he gives it to them.

Be prepared to wait a minimum of two hours to be seen past your scheduled appt time. He took personal cell phone calls during our appointment. When I had questions on my new medications he put me on I called for four days and never got a call back. I will never go here again.
