Very friendly staff
my boyfriend was having an anxiety attack and was aware of it, to an extent. he got referred to this number and they generally spoke to him with kindness but after saying thank you and goodbye, they chose to (before properly hanging up the phone) started speaking to other coworkers “i just think he’s having an anxiety attack, but i’m not going to tell him that” “how did he even get referred to us?!” while laughing. he is already upset and it by far did not help his situation. extremely unprofessional. at least hang up the ph... read more
