The managers at this complex are the most unprofessional I have every encountered. Very rude.... The maintenance is horrible. The AC units do not work properly due to the size of the vents so they say. The management refuses to do anything about the problems. There was mold that continued to grow in my daughters apartment and after 3 months of complaining and they still did nothing to rectify the problem... This place is a mess!!! They trash ass fuck . Always lying and the do fix shits toilets all backed up in every apt
Who do I contact to make a complaint ? The office manager Kelly is horribly rude ! She needs to be FIRED ! I want to know how to get in contact with her manager or her managers manager before I end up suing the apartment complex itself !!!
I DO NOT recommend anyone to move in these apartments. It's always maintenance problems that the landlord do no not wish to get fixed. These apartments are trashy as ever and unprofessional. View comments below for video and pics �
