I was so emotional about getting work done on my 3 yo and the dentist and his assistant were excellent at being understanding and gave good explanations and reassurrance. I was given the option to reschedule to get a second opinion and do my own research. Wonderful customer service that called my nerves to prepare for dental work on a toddler.
