I have lived in land caster bridge Apts for 20 years and Alana is the best manager we have had and is very helpful .
The manager favors what tenants she will enforce things with. If you're a victim of something another tenant(s) has done to you... be ready to have the blame put on you and your abusers and/or stalkers protected. Management does nothing to protect people who are actively being stalked. Cops are constantly here and honestly, they're sick of coming to this property and constantly having to deal with stuff management could be handling. The manager here has been so helpful the last few years. She helped us get in contact with programs when we couldn’t afford our rent. She also works with other local programs to help vets and people to avoid homelessness. The pandemic was rough and she helped us stay housed. Property is kept up and maintenance is great.
Quiet, peaceful place to live!! Some tenants are breaking rules, leaving furniture and mattresses by the dumpster, and I don’t like smelling cigarette smoke when I open my windows for fresh air. Manager is nice and friendly and we love it here! Neighbors are nice too!!
This place is terrible. I’m not able to sleep in peace with my neighbors being loud as hell. The manager made a rule for our property to be stolen. I had one of my favorite bikes stolen when it could’ve been avoided. Further more, this place reeked in trash and many visits from the police station where kids would go everywhere on the streets. I really want to move somewhere else.
