Lancaster Abstract is the BEST title company in Philadelphia. The customer service is superior to any other. Top it off with the fact they are black owned. Lancaster will continue to be my “go-to”. Title Company. They also have Elba. She is fluent in Spanish…made closing smooth with her translation. I can’t say enough about this company. Swift closings and customer service that goes above and beyond.
All staff members were very nice and very professional
I appreciate all of the staff there lovely but kind and caring, when I addressed my point the manager Kelle was straight to the point in assistanting me on my issue. got passed that and moves on to something else. Thanks again
