I have done business with Lanas for decades. This is my first bad experience but it will be my last. My dad was finishing up his radiation treatments and I wanted a neat floral arrangement for him. I live 4.5 hours away so I called to make arrangements. I called and spoke to her sister. Not only was she rude but she wouldn't take my order and told me to call back and then proceeded to hang up on me. Call back an hour later and she did the same thing.
