Worst 2 years of my life spent here. people unwelcoming most don't feel well. The rooftop photovolaic system does not benefit tenants. It's sold back to grid. Not disclosed in rental agreement at all. The implied warranty of habitability does not apply here. Expect to be gaslit by landlord and harassed
Neighboring restaurant is extremely loud and can be heard inside the units. Restaurant patrons also steal our parking spots, but nothing is done about it. Management is extremely hostile if you have to deal with them. On-site management does nothing for the complex except clean the pool. If you have complaints or concerns they will just say "oh, I'm sorry." Rent increases are frequent and massive with no explanation.
