I originally was seeing Dr. Ross. Who is a fantastic doctor, however he is booked 6+ months out. I took an open appt with Dr pho because they had availability within a month. I showed up to my appointment 11 minutes late (my fault traffic was a mess) and they said. "We'll have to see you another day because we're already running behind. I was literally 1 minute past their whack 10 minute policy. Seriously the time to look at the directory and ride the elevator to the 4th floor. Awful, awful experiences for both myself and a family member. Shorter wait list than other providers? Yeah, there’s a reason for that. Referred here by another doctor? You have other options for care. Ask for them. Go somewhere else. I wish I had known professional care was easily available elsewhere instead of suffering through a rushed and excruciating procedure from Pho and an incompetent assistant. I have seen Dr. Pho a few times, and each visit has felt extremely rushed with very little time given to hear my questions and concerns. I'll maybe get one question in before she just abruptly ends the visit and leaves the room. And god forbid I have more than one skin concern to discuss per appointment. She has misdiagnosed and/or given me incorrect information about simple things like warts/bug bites - and I usually leave feeling frustrated and dismissed.
