I have seen Dr. Pho a few times, and each visit has felt extremely rushed with very little time given to hear my questions and concerns. I'll maybe get one question in before she just abruptly ends the visit and leaves the room. And god forbid I have more than one skin concern to discuss per appointment. She has misdiagnosed and/or given me incorrect information about simple things like warts/bug bites - and I usually leave feeling frustrated and dismissed. Wow she was so cool. Talked to her about my history and she gave me excellent advice and a great check up. I believe i’m in good hands.

Called and cancels my appointment for absolutely no reason and gave no reasoning as to why. Hasn’t laid eyes on my condition but seems like she already knows everything. Covid carrier.
My PCP referred my to Dr. Pho. My experience was completely unbelievable. I’m still in shock by how I was treated. Not only did I have to tell Dr. Pho we weren’t communicating, I had to stop the appointment and ask for a refund. When I asked to speak with a supervising physician, I heard her laughing from inside the office near the lobby door.
