Walked in while it was empty, asked for a pedicure and was declined service. There were 2 employees sitting a room talking when I arrived. Ideally, would have been nice to offer me another time to come back for an app. Business states they take walks ins.
This was my second pedicure at Lana Nails and it will not be my last. They were most accommodating when I couldn't make my assigned time and found another on the same day. The salon has plenty of parking, is very tidy and well maintained, and the interior is a serene environment. I had a French pedicure by (I believe) Lana's husband. Always good work
I play classical guitar (fingerstyle) and I get my right hand nails “tailored” to the exact shape I need. The first day I meet her, she listened to my needs, got it right the first time, and has never disappointed me since. She is always very friendly and welcoming.
