I absolutely love this brand. First I want to start with how beautiful and unique the pieces are. My necklace glistens ! I first found out about Lana watching the Bachelor where I saw Dina wearing the brands necklace. I knew I HAD to have it. Second the customer service is unreal. Alexis helped me out so much. I am picky and indecisive, she went out of her way to make sure I love what I’m getting. Stay away from Lana! I bought a necklace for my wife for Christmas. Turns out that $1,200 doesn't get you much these days. The necklace was a total disappointment in every way. I asked for a refund, but Lana said no, only a store credit. The gold cross necklace that I purchased is garbage. I'm contacting the BBB. I put my trust in LANA and they deceived me. Stay away from these crooks!
