Told me I was available to come at a certain time and I still waited 30 minutes. Said I had to go and wasn’t even given an apology or anything. I understand you’re short staffed but just admit that instead of making me wait that long

My feet feel soooooo good. I'm always pleased with the services here. They remember that I get the green tea spa pedicure and that makes me feel special!
I like going to Lans, they are all good technicians. I've been seen by several of them and each time the service and skill is good and nail care is nicely done.
