My family and I have used Elan Limo, Indianapolis, for years. Their Customer Service is unparalleled. Each of their Staff Members is excellent in every aspect of ensuring that our experience is of high quality, time after time. Elan Limo takes stress out of traveling including in the making of the reservation, the spotlessness of their many vehicles, the quality of the driving, and, most importantly, in the attitude and helpfulness of their Staff. They are simply great

Jason picked me up early (from the airport) and picked me up from my hotel (to return to the airport): flawlessly. I was nervous about traveling to Indianapolis and Jason's kindness and knowledge eased my mind. The car was clean and it was a smooth ride to my hotel. He also offered some great recommendations for sights, sounds, and restaurants to try during my trip!

Tommy was great , very out going willing to help with the luggage, answered some trivia questions we didn't have the the answer to, over all a Great experience. Thank you Elan limousine

We had an excellent ride to the airport with Tommy. He was on time and the car was very clean with water provided. Tommy was very personable. For our ride home from the airport our flight was canceled and we had to rebook for the next day. I texted Jason and he rescheduled our ride with Tommy for the next day. Jason was so accommodating, it really put us at ease on a stressful day. The ride home with Tommy was very pleasant and we can’t wait to use Elan Limousine again!
