After going to many salons all over town to find a place that actually looks at the pictures I bring and duplicates it, they actually did it. They looked at my pictures, discussed it amongst themselves and delivered. They are friendly and communicate with you. Henry is the best!
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been a regular client for 5 months now. Lam and her staff treat me like royalty and family EVERY time I call and come! One of the best I have been to in the COUNTRY!

When I walked in, two ladies made eye contact with me and then bursted into laughter. Feeling very uneasy, I asked for a pedicure. It happened again between the same two employees. I looked at a third and said that "I just don't understand what they were saying". The third employee never responded to me, she just walked away...my feelings were hurt. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I won't ever go back.
I am not sure why I ever make an appointment. I always wait at least a half hour. Tonight it's already been 40 minutes. My daughters don't know why I keep going back and after today I am thinking the same thing. I'm done.
I don't think they tried as hard as they should have for the price they charged me. I spent over $50 for what I feel like was only a half done job. They charged me $5 extra just for one line under my French tip, which wouldn't be such a big deal except the lady didn't even try to make it look nice. The nail polish was done horribly and my nails are extremely lumpy. If your charging someone over $50 I think you should try a little harder. This one has to be my worst experience of all.
