I was seated…. For the 2 of us only 2 menu. No one came to take or order or give us water. I had to ask. Then after one hour… food still never arrived. I had to ask. It came 20 min. later. No one asked if we wanted anything more. The service was non existent. The food is good. I have been there several times before and never had such a terrible experience. No fortune cookies, no crispies for the soup. Not sure I’ll go there again to dine… maybe takeout.
Horrible place. Please avoid at any cost. No sense of customer service. We sat at 7:10. Ordered at 7:15. We wait and wait and wait. Finally at 8 I get up and ask because no server is to be found. Finally 2 out of the 3 things arrived. The third item never showed up.so I ask them again at 8:15 pm. At this point, I am disappointed because I have hungry kids.
