I’ve been buying at this location for over a decade since I renovated my first home in Jan 2015. I’ve never met Ms. Ada (wears glasses), but I walked in this morning simply to ask for help to order something online. I understand they couldn’t do it, and that’s fine, but the rude and snappy tone was insanely uncalled for.
