I’ve lived here for over 23 years it is a great place to raise your family. It’s not perfect but what place is. They have assistance for families fresh food boxes every other week with fruits, vegetables, and canned goods and even milk most times. They also do a back to school event where they supply all residents with children in pre-K through 12th grade with backpacks and any other necessary school supplies for their grade. All I have to complain about it the update to the pool besides that I love it here.
Nice place to live
Compared to other mobile home parks this location is very well maintained and clean. They just renovated the pool area. Most People here are friendly. The only problem is guest parking. Sometimes guest have to drive around for a while before finding parking. Park in the wrong place your car is getting towed. Besides that its a good place to live for a low rent price.
