I've stayed here 5 nights total. The staff is very nice. Especially swing shift manager Jared is the best.
This place is quiet and very peaceful. The location is the best for downtown Springfield Missouri. The 1 on Glenstone is the only one that I have used The staff there are quiet eager to help with questions I had about the my stay. Each visit I am treated like an important guest. I will be looking forward to staying there again. Each stay has been better then my previous.
This hotel was rated 3 star on Hotwire and that was being generous , when we arrived the whole place reeked of smoke. Our room was on the first floor and on the way to the room there were piles of linens outside multiple rooms . The room #129 was disgusting , walls filthy , bathroom sink would not drain, toilet seat was missing chunks out of it, curtain over window missing half of it and hanging low, dresser was covered in some white substance. I have been to this Motel in many years past. It was excellent then. Now she is showing her age, rooms have a little wear and tear, but I've been told two stories. One it's being torn down in September this year. And it's being renovated in September. I hope the latter is true!!! Like I said I was there years ago, and it was top notch all the way, then.
