Super.com double charged me and gave me a long list of requirements I needed from lamplighter to get my refund. Skeptical and in disbelief of reimbursement I requested these demands from lamplighter so that I could get a refund from Super.com. The manager Heather Harrel went above and beyond to see to it that I got my refund. Most managers wouldve just told me I was SOL but Heather did not. Very happy with Lamplighters customer service!!!!!
Stayed here for a weekend cheer comp. When I first arrived the sheets had blue sticky stuff and hair all over them. There was a mouse trap with peanut butter on it and it was very dirty. I went down stairs to ask for different bedding and they changed our room instead. That room was a bit cleaner but as I was falling asleep I heard a noise. The staff here definitely show what a great example of customer service. I stayed here for 2 nights this last weekend when the weather was really bad and I had to work. They were kind enough to give me a room despite there 50 mile radius rules.
