HUGE THANK YOU to Jim Lamping for coming to the rescue like Superman today and fixing my PTAC unit, which conked out last night when the temperatures were in the negative numbers. He really saved the day, and I know I frustrated him when I bumped my phone switch and didn't hear him call me back about six times. He was very nice regardless, and he REALLY knows his stuff.
