I have been stymied trying to install an aftermarket trailer brake controller in my 2016 Toyota Tundra. This modern vehicle is remarkably complex and not the least sympathetic to DIY modifications. The battery on my pop-up would drain when I camped. I was told my Toyota truck was not charging the battery because a fuse was blown. I took the truck to my local Toyota dealer, they wanted to do a full diagnostic check-up. Sounded like $. I took it to a Toyota specialist I have been to before.
