Feels like this place likes to scam. Took my niece to get chipped gel polish removed and simple manicure to shorten her nail length with no polish, it was $35. I got a manicure today from a difference place for the exact same price...with better service, gel polish, and a warm towel for my hands. DO NOT GO HERE...I was dumb not to look at the reviews beforehand.
Overpriced, $85 for a pedicure with gel polish, no design just color.
Waited over an hour when they told me it was going to be 30 minutes. I decided to leave. They need to be truthful about the wait time because people waste their time thinking it's going to be a certain time and is double of what they say.
Wasn’t even greeted when my mom and I walked in. They looked at us like we were bothering them walking in and the girl sitting in the manicure chair had an attitude when we asked if we needed to sign in. When they sat us and pulled the tools out they were rusted and looked dirty. We immediately got up and walked out.
My experience was positive. Went in for fills. I had them shortened and even changed shape. My tech did a great job! Clean environment, very big location to accommodate a lot of pedicures and manicures at once! Good pricing
