We will not come back after today’ s “deluxe” pedicure. When you pay for a service you would like to get it done properly, not in a hurry. Unfortunately this salon went downhill significantly within last year. I understand the owner doesn’t care, so we will vote with our feet. Never again.
Pedicure felt rushed and the shape was not what I asked for. Polish application is sloppy as well. Each nail looks slightly different in shape when I asked for square… some are crooked and rounded. I ended up being like it’s fine she said she could file but unfortunately after all the polish is on and filing it will cause the product to be filed off. I had a very disappointing experience here. I made a appt for a pedicure. It felt extremely rushed from start to finish. The older lady with short hair who did my pedicure only scrubbed my feet for about 10 seconds, my toenails were cut unevenly, and one toenail only had clear gloss as a topcoat. To make matters worse, one of the polished nails was smudged for when she shoved my feet in the shellac uv light. This was by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever had.
