We will not come back after today’ s “deluxe” pedicure. When you pay for a service you would like to get it done properly, not in a hurry. Unfortunately this salon went downhill significantly within last year. I understand the owner doesn’t care, so we will vote with our feet. Never again.
Pedicure felt rushed and the shape was not what I asked for. Polish application is sloppy as well. Each nail looks slightly different in shape when I asked for square… some are crooked and rounded. I ended up being like it’s fine she said she could file but unfortunately after all the polish is on and filing it will cause the product to be filed off. Maybe I’m just picky and used to other places but I am not very happy… at least they look okay. I’m usually the type who would pay for quality work if it’s worth it and unfortun... read more
