Doctor is great, but the lady named Erika is rude, I called to schedule appointment, and she put me on hold for about 10 minutes , Called the next day, and got out om hold again, I had my friend Called to schedule the week after and we ask her name and I told her that we been trying to schedule and she put me on hold and it was longer this time, she needs to quit if she don’t like her job

I went for a wound check up. I understand my son has feeding needs since he was born. I was practically scolded the entire time I saw Kim. And when she was done talking and leaving I had to remind her I was only there for a wound check, she just pulled off my son's pad off his head like it was nothing, she had absolutely no remorse or was not careful at all when dealing with myself and my son's wound. I'm changing doctors because I'm not looking for a doctor to abuse my son.

I've been going to Dr. Lamotte-Malone for a really long time. Recommended by a fellow Jack & Jill member, Dr. Lamotte came highly recommended as a leader in her field someone I, as a black mom, should really think about taking my kid to. My son has been seeing her since he was a baby, and as he has gotten older and his medical needs have changed, I cannot speak highly enough about the service I receive from her office time and time again.
