Bought Headlight film and had trouble with one of them. Contacted co. and they just ignored my complaint. Insult on top of injury.
spent 55 dollars for clear custom cut" headlight protective film to go on my audi a6. went to install and the cut is not correct which made me have to trim what I could to have it look the best I could... Emailed Gretchen and she kept saying " I don't see the issue", send more pictures... it's clear film and taking more pictures of the whole light will do absolutely no good! I will never buy from this company again as they were of zero help.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.. I will attach pictures to prove this..
A company that does not stand behind their product. Company sent me pre-cut headlight covers that were too large and required a lot of cutting to make fit. Company thens says I have to show headlight and cover installed with excess film to be cut off, so they can see for themselves. After about four emails of them not admitting to this problem and wanting me to do their research, photos and explanation, I gave up. The constant back and forth may have been their intention to discourage me all along.
website is terrible. ordered the wrong product and they wanted to recharge me a restocking fee. terrible customer service.
