I had too reschedule an appointment, the day before the rescheduled appointment they called to tell me if I didn't make the appointment they were going to charge me! Who does this?! Like I wanted to reschedule in the first place- guess what...there is a salon on every corner of every city in the state! I don't need your services! I found a wonderful salon that actually treats you with hospitality!
