Good service – My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the customer service we received from Lambs brush creek location in Round Rock. Not only did we get a ride back home but en route when we asked for a stop at a fast food place, they were no questions asked. And we had no issues with our car once we got it from the servicing center. Overall our experience was gud.
Happy Ending – I came into a Lamb's in Pflugervile completely distressed by some noises coming from my car. I was greeted by a very kind Service Advisor who having a hard time understanding my problem. Since I am a woman and have no idea what I am talking about, he asked an auto technician to take a short drive with me so that he could figure out what sound I was talking about. Stay Clear of This Shop – Here is my review, I'm a woman and I have an engine problem. I drove from Austin to Rockdale not knowing my engine was making a noise. When I got to Rockdale I heard the weird sound. So I called Lambs was told not to drive it. I had it towed from Rockdale to Lambs they checked the car told me it was a lifter not getting oil so I told them to fix it. well that cost about 800.00's then when I got it home and a day later my car was making a noise and my battery light was on. Stay away what ever you do !!! – If you want you car to be ruined and have to pay for it go here. Twice I went to this place and had plugs put in. The first time the car ran good for a few days then ran worse then ever. I checked the engine and everything they took off to get to the plugs were put back on hand tight at best. Some nuts and bolts had already fallen off. Took it back, so sorry sir lets us do it again I will see its done right, so says Russel the then manager. I get in the car and the engine light comes on. Manager doesn't return phone calls – I had my GPS stolen from my car when it was in their shop. Manager said he would replace it but it has been a month. Manager did not return 4 phone calls. I had to call again to get the manager on the phone. Every time he says he will have an answer in a few hours. It has been a month now and I have not received anything except empty promises.
