Sales guy was very kind to my son. English fellow in a suit. Could tell we weren't there to buy but treated us with kindness anyway. Not the norm for places like that in my experience.

When the day comes I’ll buy my Lamborghinis from someone as passionate about these cars as I am, not from someone who’d apparently rather be doing something else. This dealer does the brand, all potential customers (and the sales rep, just ask him) a major disservice keeping him there.
Not once did someone come to speak to my wife and myself. We felt judged and that our service was no matter to them. It is sad that I finally got a chance to come by and was disrespected. There were 4 men who huddled around the coffee bar as we walked through, walked right by them and still nothing. I guess your company picks and chooses who to help or who looks like they have money to make their own big bucks! I made a point to make a statement how I felt but more needs to be said. My 9 year old loves this place! Salesman are always friendly and speak. I’ve never been asked if I’d like to see anything or test drive anything but maybe it’s the sweats LOL!!!!
