I'm sold...I am VERY particular when it comes to my baby back ribs! I have smoked the pork strips from you forever ( and they are great) but held out on the ribs because I am so picky. I bought one rack to try them today and I will be buying more!!! They are perfect! The eyes talked back and they were fall of the bone perfect! Thank you!!!
