Bad service bad behavior
Had some problems with my 18 year old Trane gas furnace, Derrick came and did a great job on trouble shooting the issues and we are warm again. Derrick had a great attitude and demeaner, I would strongly recommend this company from my first experience with them!
I had Lambert HVAC install a furnace in my garage a couple of years ago and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Everything was left clean and organized, and the installation has performed flawlessly ever since. The garage heats up quickly and reliably, even during the colder months. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with I would highly recommend Lambert HVAC to anyone needing HVAC services.
All I have to say is you must make your first call to James @ Lamberts HVAC!!!! My furnace stopped putting out heat at 4am on Thursday I did a google search and got a company that was apparently in the top 3 to come and do a service call. The call didn’t go very well as the tech couldn’t diagnose my issue and did some rewiring to get power to my furnace(bypassed my on/off switch) I’m not a electrician by any means by thought this to be strange.
