The service is great at first. I even had Steve come out to my house to look at my damaged roof. Then, nothing. They never call you back. I tried talking to the owner, he never called back. I probably called 10 times over a two week period and nothing. Find another roofer, this company is a joke.
Two stars for work WHEN they do it. Follow up is horrific. Consideration for people is non existent. Disappointing at best. This comes all the way from the top. Interesting that Richard rated his own company 5 stars.
