Had the furnace go out Saturday night and waited to call until the morning. I did a little troubleshooting myself, called the emergency/after hours phone and talked about my situation. I believe it was a bad igniter and asked if they had the part. They did and I was able to get it installed and everything fired right up. The customer service was fantastic and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for the help!
Lambert installed a Bryant system at my office and has serviced it over the past 20 years. They are always responsive and the techs have been very good. Including today when the secondary heat exchanger failed (after 19 years) and the overnight lows are forecasted to drop to -20. Lambert had it repaired same day and the heat back on. Thanks Lambert!
