The woman who answered my call was very informative and helped me understand the entire process flawlessly. She made me feel very comfortable on the phone and gave me everything I needed to make a decision on how I wanted to proceed. She wasn't pushy and left the decision up to me completely. I highly recommend even if you have questions about the legal process and what your in store for.
