Lisa is so skilled at colour! I had never coloured my hair as a youth, and only started when I began to get greys. All I wanted was my natural colour, which is a very ashy/ cool brown. After several years, several stylists, and several different brands of hair colour - which always came out brassy orange and warm, and left me super disappointed - I had pretty much given up.
