Looking for a Family Dr. located near Elwood City we by blind internet luck came across Dr. Lamb initially for but my Dad. He's elderly and is difficult to communicate with which posed no obstacle for her. Honestly, astounded that there is a Dr. so communicative I decided to choose her as my primary as well. My wife, who's not had a primary for 30 years has also joined Dr Lamb's patient list. Rude... she talked over me, called me ignorant to my face, and refused to listen to my concerns about my conditions. And then very forcefully pushed me to take a diabetes medication to lose weight and lied about how much weight I could expect to lose. Her goal was not to refer me to specialists for my illnesses but to get me to lose weight, and when I discussed trying to see a specialist for a specific heart problem she said "Google it" and didn't seem to care at all. I'm really disappointed.
I have been a patient of Dr. Lamb’s for many years. She is personable and caring. Her staff is very friendly as well. The office is clean. The wait is not very long. Twice recently I was able to call and get a same day appointment preventing an emergency room visit. I saw Travis her PA both times. He was knowledgeable and personable as well. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a family physician.
Dr. Lamb and her staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The wait is never long and you always get the correct diagnosis and answers to any of your medical questions.
Office staff is very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Lamb and PA Travis is also great and very knowledgeable. I love seeing Travis because he is very personable and takes his time with his patients. I would recommend this office and expecially Travis to everyone.
Dr Lamb is nice but the PA needs to brush up on his medical skills. He's been incorrect several times
Office very nice, clean...Staff super friendly. I have seen both Dr Lamb & Travis, the PA. They are both great, they take the time to listen to my problems and help me anyway they can. I have used Butler Health System in the past for many things and now that they have so many Doctors in New Caste, it is great.
