Needed a Dr. in New Castle, PA. Went to Dr. reviews and everyone says Dr. Lamb is great. First visit, I see a PA (physicians assistant) usual questions. I expect to see Dr. Lamb at a future appt. Go to second appt a couple weeks later, and it's the 20-something year old PA again. What does this provide? My Medicare sent me a bill as if I saw a real Dr., Dr. Lamb, I specifically wanted Dr. Lamb because I am a female and a senior citizen. Dr. Lamb ignored my symptoms, didn't order appropriate bloodwork, and was unkind and dismissive. I moved soon after and found a new doctor who was not only receptive to my concerns, but also saw additional issues upon exam that Dr. Lamb missed. Bloodwork confirmed my suspicions and I'm now being treated appropriately, but still unraveling the adverse effects of Dr. Lamb's incompetence and callousness.
She's a compassionate doctor who takes the time to listen to you. And really cares
I highly recommend Dr Lamb! Her office staff are so wonderful and always fit me in for a same day appointment when I need it. Dr Lamb takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers all of my questions with patience and clarity. I truly feel valued as a patient and highly recommend her for anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate physician!
Short wait times, always has appointments available. Staff is very friendly and extremely willing to help. Dr. Lamb is an exceptional doctor, her knowledge and compassion is unmatched. I highly recommend her and her family practice.
Professial, Kindness Etc!!!!
I have been her patient for many years. She is a caring and respectful doctor. After being released from an in hospital medical facility, Dr Lamb even came to my home to check on me. This is unheard of in today’s culture. Anyone who says that Dr Lamb is rude or uncaring must have treated her that way first. Dr Lamb deserves a five star review and I give her five stars!
Was in her office 3 times. Took the 3rd time to actually see her. Did not introduce herself, screamed in my face, never examined me, told me she had no interest in seeing my injuries or addressing my health concerns. Very cold and heartless. Had all of my info wrong. Left her office & told her I would never return. She had the audacity to send me a terminating letter and lie about my behavior.
