I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The restrooms at this office were spotless. I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive

Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned?
